The Tax Strategy That Actually Moves the Needle for High-Income Earners.

A few weeks ago, I hosted a private mastermind here in South Florida.

Business owners flew in from across the U.S. for one reason:

👉 To learn the exact tax strategies that I teach my Protégé clients — strategies designed for those earning 6, 7, even 8 figures annually.

And on Day 4, we went deep on one of the most powerful (yet overlooked) tools:

🔥 Bonus Depreciation.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Leverage investment real estate.

✅ Generate phantom losses — on paper, not in your pocket.

✅ Apply those losses to offset:

— Business income.

— High-earning W-2 income.

— Other non-passive income.

🎯 When done right?

It can dramatically lower your taxable income — and shrink the check you write to the IRS.

👉 But this only works if:

— You’re structured the right way.

— You’re asking the right questions.

— You’re learning from the right people.

📌 If you want to explore whether we’re a fit to work together —

Drop the word apply and I’ll send you a quick questionnaire. Let’s find out.
