Under the prior schedule, bonus depreciation was dropping to just 40% in 2025. 

But now? 

Thanks to a major legislative update (The One Big Beautiful Bill - signed into law on July 4, 2025), that cap is being bumped back up to 100%. 

📅 Effective for qualifying equipment placed into service on or after January 20, 2025. 

That means: 

✅ 100% bonus depreciation in year one. 

✅ No need to pay for the full equipment cost up front. 

✅ Massive deductions without massive cash outlay. 

This is a game-changer for businesses planning large purchases — equipment, vehicles, and other capital assets. 

If you’ve been thinking about investing in growth, timing just became everything.
