We’re pretending it didn’t snow this week 😤 I’m heralding the arrival of Spring (like for real) with Strawberry Matcha Iced Lattes on repeat! 🍓🍵

the strawberry sauce is so quick to make and enough for 7 servings so you can make and enjoy a latte every day of the week! see below or comment “latte” to get the full recipe sent to your DMs 🔗

STRAWBERRY SAUCE:
1 lb (450g) strawberries
6 tbsp (75g) sugar
¼ C (60ml) water
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Place everything in a pot and simmer until strawberries are softened, about 3 minutes. Blend until smooth and use in strawberry matcha iced latte

For the latte:
1-2 tsp ceremonial matcha powder
¼ C (60ml) hot water
¼ C (60g) strawberry sauce - recipe below
1 C ice
1 C (240ml) chilled unsweetened oat milk or other milk of choice
Optional sweetener such as maple syrup or simple syrup to taste. I like it unsweetened.
