## Caption

🍋 Lemony Yogurt Muffins from doriegreenspan Baking with Dorie cookbook which luckily she also shared online.

My notes:
⊹ the lemon is not prominent in spite of the name, just to manage expectations
⊹ use Greek yogurt for protein!
⊹ recipe makes 12 muffins but they are smaller-sized ones. On the second batch, I filled fewer muffin cups with more batter for larger ones and baked a touch longer
⊹ I sprinkled coarse sugar on top which gives it a really nice crunch 🤌
⊹ tip for baking away from home: I pre-measured dry ingredients on my kitchen scale at home bc it’s more convenient and I deeply distrust volume measurement for flour 🫣
