MAKE this Swedish Fika Almond Cake this weekend coz it is as good as it looks! Moist crumb and addictive crunchy almond topping. I brought this to share with friends here at our ski chalet and it was a hit. So perfect with a cuppa after a morning on the slopes! ☕️

Recipe from Baking with Dorie cookbook by doriegreenspan which she also shared on NYT cooking site (ignore the user comments about bake time issues, the recipe is perfect as written.) My only change is a splash of almond extract in addition to vanilla.
