a BAKED ALASKA is the elite dessert for all occasion, perfect for NYE fire works of a different kind 🔥😜

I always wanted to eat pastryschiff’s Baked Alaska at gage.and.tollner but until then, I made it myself with slight modifications, using her recipe cherrybombe site. Most notably I made an Italian meringue instead bc it is the most stable of meringues and I needed it to hold up for 9 hrs until after dinner.
