EASY SHRIMP SPRING ROLLS💥 these are the easiest spring rolls to make because there is no filling to prepare and cool before assembly — basically all you need are seasoned shrimp and spring roll wrappers 🙌 

serve these with a few dipping sauces for happy guests. here are some ideas:

⊳ Worcestershire sauce
⊳ kewpie mayo with shichimi togarashi sprinkled on top
⊳Thai sweet chili, plum, sweet and sour
⊳ sriracha or sriracha mayo
⊳ Chinese chili oil
⊳ lemon wedges for a simple squeeze of fresh lemon juice
