Tomato and prawn wafu pasta with shiso 🍅🍤🍃✨

This wafu (Japanese-style) pasta highlights fresh summer tomatoes and the sweet and clean flavour of wild caught spot prawns. Since spot prawn season came and went in a blink of an eye (in early summer), I ordered them blast-frozen from wildforkcanada which couldn’t be easier to prepare — drop them in a bowl of cold water and they’re ready to use in a couple of hours 👍 #ad #wildfork
