Hiyashi Chuka is my favourite Japanese cold noodle dish! Slippery noodles with egg, ham, cucumber and tomatoes dressed in a lip smacking sauce. since it’s enjoyed cold,!it’s such a good one for meal prep and work/school lunches 🫶
