INA’S COCONUT CAKE PART 2
⊳ I used unsweetened shredded coconut rather than sweetened version
⊳ I lightly toasted the shredded coconut, decorated the sides only, and needed way less than recipe amount 
⊳ there was a good amount of leftover frosting, enough to split the cake into 3 or 4 layers and frost in between
