oh you guys like miso I guess?? 😉 here is another miso recipe I recently developed for @foodnetworkca — my take on miso mushroom pasta!

it’s an irresistible combo of garlic, butter, mushrooms, miso and parmigiana reggiano. works with any mushrooms you fancy but I def recommend using a mix of 3 or more different ones (cremini, shiitake, oyster, king oyster, etc) for the best texture / flavour situation 🤌
