GREEN BEANS WITH MISO BUTTER ONIONS is sooo good (even for kids). that’s why it’s my most-made side dish for gatherings 🤌

this evolved from making the miso butter onions recipe from “Ottolenghi Flavor: The Cookbook” many times. It’s a brilliantly simple recipe, as is. but I always had lots of that delicious braising liquid left behind after the onions were eaten, and I also wanted to turn it into a more fulsome side dish hence the addition of green beans for a one-and-done
