I haven’t been back to Old Xian since they had their downtown location, but now that they’ve reopened a newer branch on Cambie I finally went to give it a taste and I gotta say…I AM ALREADY THINKING ABOUT WHEN I’LL BE GOING BACK 🤪 Oh myyyyy my myyyyy. The freshly made wide ‘n chewy biang biang noodles coated in the fresh garlicky spices and braised beef sauce is a flavour combooooo that makes you salivate every bite you take. And oh mannnn the JUICINESSSSS AND FLAKINESSSS of the pork burger was insaneeeeee. Probs need a wong loh kat after that one but like wowwwwww 👏
