aburi = flame-seared 🔥

I tried a mix of heyokome’s straight up sashimi-style inari and their Aburi-style inari to see if both or either would work well with the sweet soy pockets. To my surprise the flame-seared were better by a mile with the matching intensity of flavours on the top and the bottom 😛
