During the off-season times of spring and fall in Whistler, a number of restaurants feature a prix fixe menu sorta like Dine Out to encourage ppl to come out and eat at a very reasonable price - think 4 courses for the price of 1 main 🤗 

We drove up to celebrate my dad’s bday and ordered a variety of the options on the menu to share :) 

VF RECOS:
- gem lettuce caesar salad (with crispy capers) 
- tagliatelle wagyu bolognese (creamy, rosé-like sauce) 
- lobster + saffron linguine (lemony and creamy, on their regular menu and worth the $20 supplement!) 
- tiramisu (one of the best I’ve had 😍)
