@nanxtam and I tried out @mindtmatcha’s recipe of this viral rice paper recipe trend using matcha and @whittakersnz mango & coconut caramelized white chocolate filling :) we regret not adding in more chocolate cuz it balances out the bitterness of the matcha 🍵 

This rice paper croissant is chewy like mochi and has a crispy exterior (I broiled it in the air fryer at the end for extra crisp). Not as buttery as the classic of course, but yummy nonetheless :)
