My baby girl turns 8 months this Thursday, and just like that I’m entering the final quarter of my last baby’s first year. What a heartbreak. What a blessing. I thought I’d be ready, but closing this chapter of my life has been painful. This photoshoot was just another way for me to try and freeze time just like it is right now - her gummy smile, delicious cheeks, the way she looks at me like I’m the only thing that matters.
