## Caption

Super Slo Mo with some of my favorite shots on the year: 

• Key is to make sure the shot is already at a high frame rate (on reds, we typically shot at 96fps), 

• Slow down the clip to 10%

• Select Optical Flow 

• Render In to Out :)

If a shot has a lot of movement from hands or other body parts it’s difficult for premiere to blend those extra frames together so choose wisely 😎
