Wolverine Pickleball is jumping on trend and helping this sport sweep (or should I say dink) the nation!

We loved the great bonding experience of playing together on our family vacation in Ann Arbor.

wolverinepickleball is a big, open, welcoming space with lots of indoor pickleball courts. Additionally, there’s a great lounge with darts, a giant Plinko, and the very cool pourdecisionswp - a self service beer station - complete with inventive Diller paddle trays.

It was great to start the night off with a patient instructor who refreshed and reviewed the rules for us. Since the five of us are at completely different levels, patient was the key word…(sorry again, thanks again 😆). 

As we graduated from our lesson and started to play it became super competitive and fun. My kids got so into it. We literally closed the place down (again sorry they refused to leave…Thanks again for letting us stay til closing 😆).

Do you see a theme? The obsession is real.

We have a net and play in our court all the time but playing on an actual delineated space - and following the rules - made the game much more challenging and ten times more fun. There’s no better feeling then calling your sibling’s ball (or spouses…) out as it sails past the baseline (including then obviously needed evil smile).

Thank you Wolverine Pickleball for a great night and thank you annarbor for setting it all up. This excursion sparked more interest in a great family activity for us. Anything we find that encourages an active family activity is two thumbs up in my book.

Hmm… I wonder if we have a few hours to play tonight. Ok I should have started this with “Hello, my name is Stacey and I’m addicted to pickleball…”
