Women aren’t just part of the game. We’re changing it. 💯👑🙌🏽 Back in 2018, I was a guest star on The Bachelorette & brought in to help Becca coach up the guys through football skills, drills, agility & their overall game on & off the field. 🏈✨

At the time, I was still a player… but this moment right here was my first real taste of coaching. On a set surrounded mostly by men, I stood confidently in my lane — leading, teaching, and showing that women belong on the field in every role.

I didn’t know it then, but this day planted a seed that would grow into something so much bigger.
