a topic that is very close to my heart and also one that unfortunately affects a ton of athletes around the world. in a sport where subjective scoring, tight leotards, and old-school coaching is the norm, hiding under a brave and smiling face is sometimes the easiest thing. as this month comes to a close, I want you to know that you are seen, loved, and valued. you are also 𝑠𝑜 much more than your sport. check in on your friends. check in on yourself. you deserve it.
