🔥 RAISING the steaks at Howoo.nyc; It was an absolute blast. Went all-in with the Elite Duo Package for two at this premium Korean BBQ:

🥩 Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Filet Mignon
🥩 Snow Marble Short Rib
🥩 Miyazaki Citrus A5 Wagyu Striploin
🥩 Marinated Diamond-Cut Short Rib

📝 Did I have a favorite? Yes, It might be summed up in the snow marble short rib, however every cut has amazing, yet varying flavor and texture, so your fav might not coincide with mine.

✨ The egg soufflé stole the show, as did the matcha soft-serve at the end, the banchan lineup was on point, and the vibes? Immaculate.

Howoo is definitely putting other high-end KBBQ spots on notice—right up there with my go-tos: Cote, Nubiani, and Hyun. Each has their strengths, but this is one I’d come back to again and again.
