This week's #FriendshipMonth Tec value is to practice active communication. When someone is actively communicating, they are presently listening and speaking to you in an active voice. When we are active and present in a conversation, it allows us to fully listen to the other communicator without thinking of the next response, thus being a good listener while they communicate. This can be beneficial in the workplace and allow communication between people to improve. What helps you actively communicate with someone else?
