Sometimes we want too much too fast. Big improvements in little time or with little effort. Instead, if we focus on small, consistent improvements in whatever areas of life we want to make better we will eventually see the results. Maybe it’s in a month or a year or ten, but there will come a time when you will look at where you were and where you are and realize just far you’ve traveled and how much better you’ve become.
