Weighted speed bag punches are one of my favorite shoulder burnout exercises. I don’t go too heavy, but focus on speed and duration. It was great finding amphardcoregym to workout at while visiting St. Augustine for the past week and a half. I’ll definitely be coming back anytime I’m in town.
