I love nachos. Made these chili cheese nachos last night. Made the “sour cream” using foragerproject cashew yogurt mixed with apple cider vinegar and salt. The cheese is primalkitchenfoods spicy queso, the chili was amyskitchen brand and the mango jalapeño salsa was made by me. Vegan, gluten free, tons of protein and flavor. I consider this a high quality cheat meal, which we all deserve from time to time. What’s your cheat meal of choice?
