Yoga in the Park is BACK, just in time for crisp fall mornings. 🍂 Breathe deep, stretch it out and soak up the outdoors at Hollis Park. This slow flow is perfect for grounding your weekend, with mindful breathing, gentle strengthening and beginner-friendly poses (modifications included!). All levels welcome. 🌳
