🎗💗 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

When I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, I learned very quickly that sometimes the symptoms are so subtle — and so easy to brush aside. I was fortunate my doctor caught it early, but it taught me a lesson I’ll never forget: we can’t ignore our bodies. 

Breast cancer is no different. A lump, skin changes, swelling and other signs are worth listening to. Share any concerns with your physician. Never hesitate to ask questions (nothing is silly) and advocate for your health.
