Nothing is more rewarding than watching Miami students achieve success. The Miami Experience is second to none and thumbtackmechanics are another example of why Miami is a special place.  We are thrilled to put our first ever Miami band on the Brick St. Wall of Fame, next to all of the acts that have gone on to reach the highest levels of success. 

Aside from raw talent, Thumbtack Mechanics are a great reminder of the importance of following your passion.  You don’t want to be that person at 50 with regrets about not doing something that you were passionate about simply because you didn’t wan to take the risk.  There are no guarantees for success but being afraid to fail, to take chances,  limits your potential.

The Miami student  support of a band of their  peers has been awesome to witness.  For us to see the commitment Thumbtacks has made to get better and better, coming into Brick on Tuesday and Thursdays to rehearse while balancing school and other jobs, is beyond gratifying.  If you have not been part of their journey to date, check out their music in our BIO and come to one of their final 2 shows of the year.
