#PressPlay: New information about the late former LSU football star #KyrenLacy’s alleged involvement in a fatal crash that killed a 78-year-old man in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, has been released. In a 44-minute interview with Martin Folse, he and Lacy’s attorney #MattOry reviewed footage from the fatal accident.  ___________________________________
If you recall, Lacy made national headlines following the accident. Lacy was initially accused of negligent homicide in January after LSP said he “recklessly passed multiple vehicles at a high rate of speed,” resulting in a head-on collision and the death of 78-year-old Herman Hall.  Reports state the driver of a truck abruptly braked and swerved to the right to avoid a head-on collision with an approaching Lacy’s Dodge Charger. Lacy, unfortunately, took his own life days before he was set to appear before a grand jury. ___________________________________
Ory provided the district attorney’s findings compared to the surveillance footage in the 40-minute interview and disputed the claim that Lacy caused the crash. According to documentation provided by Ory of the district attorney’s investigation into LSP’s report,
