POV: you’re afraid of the sun so you only run when the UV’s are low. 

It’s important as runners to protect your skin. 

Everyone wants to be tan, which is a good thing, but it’s also important to protect your skin if you are exposed to the sun. 

Whether that’s with sunscreen or long sleeve shirts. It’s important to be mindful of when you are exposing yourself to the UV rays. 

You won’t see me running shirtless in the middle of the day.
