Mind over matter🎧

Being the one who holds power over your mind means recognizing that you are in control of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions to things. Recognizing that you have the ability to shape your mindset and perspective, rather than letting external circumstances or negative thoughts dictate how you feel, especially about yourself. 

You hold more power over your destiny and your goals than you know. I don’t always feel like working out or eating the “right” things, but those actions I don’t want to do are based off of temporary emotions I’m feeling. Our minds are a powerful thing, so it’s better to focus on rewiring those negative emotions and thoughts to a solution, rather than allowing ourselves to get stuck on the feeling in the moment.
