It was great to be back with the team at Equinox Hotel New York, spending time with both their wider staff and leadership group.

Both sessions were a reminder of how intentional this team is about learning, growing, and leading with excellence. 

Their openness and commitment to keep getting better — both individually and together — really stood out.
