RECIPE
Pumpkin Spice Martinis for 2
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 oz. simple syrup
4 oz. vanilla vodka
4 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add pumpkin puree, simple syrup, vodka, Bailey’s, and pumpkin pie spice; shake for ~30s.
Strain mixture into a martini glass.
Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice, garnish with a cinnamon stick, and enjoy!
