Hi! I'm Mela Anwar. I'm Head of Talent & Culture at Happy Marketer (hmarketer), a Merkle Company, in DAN Singapore. One of my top five Gallup strengths is discipline, and so I'm used to routines. It took me less than a week to adjust to working from home, and so far, I love it! My day starts as early as 5am. I start the day by drinking my coffee and exercising.
