"A few years ago before AP Summit, we were asked to list our Top 5 life goals. One of the goals my husband and I had was to live in another country and learn the local language.⁣

At the time it felt like it was such a stretch goal, but we were committed to making it happen and now here we are on a tiny island off the coast of South Korea where my husband is teaching English to kindergarten through high school students for the next year.⁣
