I got the exclusive first peek at a new Meridian spot that’s about to blow up 🍓🔥 This is not your average crêpe shop. Opening this week, eightturncrepe.meridian serves Japanese cone-style crêpes, made with 100% rice flour for a light, naturally gluten-friendly base, then rolled into beautiful handheld cones that are as fun to eat as they are to look at. I honestly cannot believe how delicious these all were, and I’m so happy they’re now in my neck of the woods.

🍓 Sweet crêpes stacked with  housemade custard (crème brûlée, matcha and chocolate) fresh fruit, lychee, yogurt, whipped cream, and more
🥓 Savory crêpes filled with shrimp and avocado, Philly Cheese steak, pork belly, fresh greens, and flavorful sauces. Even sushi crêpes! 

They’re also serving bubble teas, fruit teas, Japanese milkshakes, gelato and superfood smoothies (with or without protein), so there’s truly something for everyone.
