To make this video, I recorded a live take playing through the whole song over the drum and bass stems, which you see here, then I added in some FX in my DAW and tracked all the missing harmonies and mixed them in low. The tone is a NAM capture of my 100w EVH 5153 EL34 head and matching cab with some SM57s.
