When I tell you this is the highest level of discipline I’ve ever displayed in my life, especially from a consistency standpoint, it’s a real thing. This is easily the strongest and leanest version of myself.

72 pounds down and flirting with 179–180 is something I never imagined for myself at this age. I’m lifting heavier than I ever have. I’m finally putting up 100 lb dumbbells on the bench press, and doing it at such a lean weight. I’m borderline addicted…I want to stretch my discipline even further and see what my body is truly capable of. Will I go down to 175? I don’t know. But I love knowing I can even flirt with that idea now because I put myself in a position to.

Discipline built this. And the journey’s still unfolding.
