In straight goals, assists and points, Connor Fields currently ranks second (38), fourth (66) and first (104) respectively in the NLL.

In goals, assists and points per game, Fields’ averages sit him fifth (2.53), sixth (4.40) and fifth (6.93) in that same statistical order.

Could he win the 2025 NLL Triple Crown? Maybe, but he’ll have to catch a few players ahead (based on projected year-end numbers) of him, plus history is not on his side.

There has only been on true Triple Crown winner in NLL history, John Tavares leading the league in all three categories back in 1993. Tavares and Gary Gait also led in two of those stats one season, but co-led the third. The below seasons are still considered by many to be three of greatest individual regular season performances ever.

1993
Goals: John Tavares 35
Assists: John Tavares 23
Points: John Tavares 58

1997
Goals: Paul and Gary Gait 40
Assists: Gary Gait 32
Points: Gary Gait 72

2001
Goals: Roy Colsey and John Tavares 51
Assists: John Tavares 64
Points: John Tavares 115
