Last night, our investors Al & Tony Shebesteak graced us with their presence at our private tasting soirée — The Shebesteak Summit.

In true Ethos fashion, we served something delightfully over the top: deviled eggs crowned with miniature Vienna hotdogs, dressed in dijon aioli and smoked paprika dust. A one-bite ode to excess, irony, and impeccable flavor.

Because when Al & Tony show up in velvet suits and gold chains, the hors d’oeuvres better come with their own entourage.
