✨ A Taste and A Tango 💃
Thank you to everyone who joined us last night — it was a beautiful evening filled with flavor, rhythm, and soul. These were some of the dishes from the dinner:

🐟 Grilled Whole Fish — flame-kissed and sauced half in mole verde, half in chile naranja. A duet of smoke and citrus.
🐙 Crispy Calamari — golden rings over guacamole with salsa macha, sesame, and red chile. Rustic, bold, modern.
🌮 Enchilada Roja y Verde — two sauces, one heart. Guajillo red meets tomatillo green, finished with crema and florals.
🐟 Red Snapper Crudo — fresh, bright, and spicy in citrus-chili broth with radish, red onion, and cilantro.
🦆 Duck Confit Mole Negro — crispy leg glazed in rich cacao-chile mole, served with buttery rice.
