Oct. 8 of this year is Latina Equal Pay Day marking how long it will take for a Latina to make as much as a white, non-Latino man. Mónica Ramírez is a trailblazing Latina leader and  founder and president of Justice for Migrant Women (mujerxsrising). She using her platform to raise awareness of 10 years of LEPD and the fight for pay equity.
