Yes, it’s important to stay informed and vote. But no, staying plugged in constantly and carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders isn’t healthy. And we are SO lucky to have all this public land at our disposal in the U.S. Grateful to have gotten to unplug while hiking the Pacific Crest Trail this spring and summer!
