Howard University basketball is in the building for the 2025 MEAC Basketball Media Day in Norfolk, VA! 

And you can watch it all live on ESPN+! Head Coaches Kenny Blakeney and Ty Grace, along with student-athletes Bryce Harris, Cedric Taylor, Nile Miller, and Zennia Thomas, will be repping the Mecca and and setting the tone for what promises to be an unforgettable 2025-26 season!

The women's show is live at 10 a.m. and the men's show will begin at 12 p.m.
