With the recent #MilkTok craze, Straus Organic Cream-Top Whole Milk is flying off shelves faster than ever, and we’re so excited to welcome so many new fans to the Straus family!

Here’s the scoop: our milk is minimally processed and non-homogenized, so the cream naturally separates and rises to the top. But with milk moving so quickly from farm to store to your home, it’s still incredibly fresh when you grab it—sometimes so fresh that the cream hasn’t had a chance to fully rise yet!

Here’s how to get that delicious layer of cream:
1️⃣ Place your bottle in the coldest part of your fridge, upright.
2️⃣ Give it a few days for the cream to rise naturally—the longer you wait, the thicker it will get.
3️⃣ Enjoy before the best-buy date for the freshest taste!

If you’re eager and don’t want to wait as long, grab a quart bottles because they have less surface area for the cream to cling to as it rises which allows the cream top to form faster. But no matter the bottle size, the cream will separate with time. Just give it a few days if you don’t see it yet—it’s all part of enjoying milk the way nature intended!
