Sustainability isn't just about the environment—it's also about supporting the future of local organic dairy farming. During the 2022-2023 dairy farmer crisis, with rising feed costs, inflation, and extreme weather taking a toll, many California organic dairy farms faced severe financial challenges. We stepped up by raising pay prices by 8% and advocating for government relief, ultimately helping secure a $100M USDA package to support farms nationwide.

On the employee side, our new creamery has created a safer work environment, with a recordable incident rate less than half of our previous facility. We’re committed to fostering togetherness and wellness for our incredible team through financial wellness programs, town halls, and all-staff celebrations.
