We’re excited to see Straus Dairy Farm highlighted by mindbodygreen for our innovative work with seaweed feed supplements to reduce methane emissions in dairy cows. In partnership with Blue Ocean Barns Albert Straus conducted the first U.S. commercial trial using red seaweed, leading to a methane reduction of 52% on average—and up to 90% in some cows. These results are a huge step toward our goal of making dairy farming more sustainable while minimizing its environmental impact. 🌿✨
