Four years of Girls in Blue 💙⁣

For the fourth year in a row, local police partnered with Baw Baw Latrobe LLEN to run the Girls in Blue Program.⁣
⁣
The program is aimed at students across Baw Baw and Latrobe from Years 9-12 who have an interest in joining Victoria Police.⁣
⁣
The 40 students learnt about the range of career pathways at Victoria Police, with tours of local stations and opportunities to chat to police officers about their role and the recruitment process.⁣
⁣
Today, on Australasian Women in Emergencies Day, we recognise and celebrate the women in Victoria Police and our partner emergency service agencies who work to keep our community safe. 💙⁣
