🎯 Bad Edits Usually Start With Bad Direction

I gave the same Excel data to two editors.

🖼 One screenshot the whole thing and dumped it in the video.
🎞 The other animated only the key section we were referencing.

Same brief. Different results.
What changed? My clarity.

💡 I started training editors with real examples.
📄 I defined what’s acceptable vs what’s not.
🧭 I built simple SOPs to set expectations before they even open Premiere.

If you want great edits, start by being a great communicator.

I’ve learned this the hard way — I am a  Director Video Production full time.
Mistakes are on me if I don’t lead clearly.
